We offer free standard shipping within the U.S.!
Standard Shipping: Free, with delivery in 3-5 business days after processing.
Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional charge (contact us for more details).
Processing usually takes 1-2 business days before shipment.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with:
Your tracking number
A link to track your package
Shipping carrier information
You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to monitor your package’s journey.
We take quality seriously, but in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we will take immediate action to resolve it.
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item.
Email us at sales@iuipi.shop with a photo of the damage and your order details.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.
Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, you will need to follow our Refund & Return Policy to return the item.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.
Certain brands we carry offer manufacturer warranties on specific shoes. Be sure to check the product description for warranty details. If a warranty is available, it will be clearly stated on the product page.

If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your shipping address. Please contact us immediately with your new address. We cannot change the address once the order is in transit, so please double-check your address when placing an order.
To initiate a return, please follow the steps outlined in our Refund & Return Policy. We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original condition.
