Return Process (Step by Step)

1. Email us at sales@iuipi.shop with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll respond within 24 hours and provide a FREE prepaid return shipping label (for US orders only).

3. Pack your shoes securely and drop them off at your nearest shipping carrier location.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days.

5. Refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refund Policy Details

• Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to appear in your account (depending on your bank/payment provider).

• If the product was damaged or incorrect, we will cover all shipping costs.

• If returning due to change of mind, return shipping is free, but original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
